Thank you for choosing Coffee Civet! We strive to ensure that every order is handled with care, from our roastery to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and return policies:

Shipping Policy & Information

At Coffee Civet, we’re committed to delivering our freshly roasted coffee to you as quickly as possible. We aim to process and ship all in-stock items within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM SGT on Friday will be shipped the following Monday to ensure the freshest quality, as our roastery operates from Saturday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.

Local Delivery in Singapore:
For our customers in Singapore, please allow 2-5 working days to receive your order after it has been processed and shipped. This expedited local service is designed to bring our freshest roasts directly to your door swiftly and efficiently.

Standard Shipping:
For international orders, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. Note that shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time taken for processing and handling at our facility.

Expedited Shipping:
For faster delivery, we offer several expedited shipping options at an additional fee, which are solely the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise specified by Coffee Civet. Note, carriers such as FedEx and USPS do not guarantee delivery transit times due to potential unforeseen delays like severe weather conditions.

International and Non-Contiguous U.S. Shipping:
Shipping fees for Alaska, Hawaii, and other international destinations will vary based on weight and selected carrier options, which can be chosen at checkout. Please note, free shipping applies only to orders within the Contiguous United States totaling $150 and above after discounts.

Return Policy

Coffee Products:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Email us with your name, order ID, and the reasons for your return or replacement request. If your return is approved, please send back the unused products in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed minus any discounts used and are exclusive of shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Merchandise Returns:
For non-coffee items purchased from our store, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are returned unused in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue. We will guide you through the return process and ensure you receive a refund or replacement.
